Tell me I'm wrong but you'll have to put up a big arguement.

In the year of 1945 on this day, the U.S. dropped Fat Man on Nagasaki killing about 40,000 civilians and wounding around 25,000. Justifiable or not I still see this as cruelty. According to (http://www.yad-vashem.org.il/about_holocaust/chronology/1942-1945/1945/chronology_1945_19.html) as part of a documentary, "The Americans justified their action by arguing that, by abbreviating the war through the use of nuclear weapons, they saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of American and British soldiers, not to mention Japanese." Sure.

This is my rant column. Just to keep you informed, I never want this forgotten. There are many other tragedies of the human race...

On the other more personal side my 18th birthday is coming up (next Monday, the 12th!). And I can still remember the cute plush hippo I got on my golden birthday at the zoo...how cute.

If my parents read this, I really am truely *eternally* grateful for everything that I have and the love that I get. My friends (whom I love as well) have shown me how grateful I should be. Although I don't see my family as much, I love them just the same. I think about them everyday and many many moments of each day.

Ok, cute. But true :)

I need to do this everyday...I'm running on the skinny with this...it's 11:51 p.m.

Now, to show how much I detest name brands (altough I wear some....yes, yes, hypocrit!) I will quote Arnold Schwarzenegger:

"I saw a woman wearing a sweatshirt with 'Guess' on it. I said, 'Thyroid problem?'"

Hehe so right.

G'nite all that prolly won't read this.
