I cannot wait to go home. For Spring. For Summer.
Everytime I think about summer, I imagine myself sitting on the warmed pavement in my backyard, reading a Chuck Palahniuk novel. Or streaming down my home's grassy hill with my little white puppy, Lacey. The warmth of the sun I miss, a lot.
I've been planning my garden all this winter, and of course I'll plant a ton of sunflowers as I always do. The largest seem to greet me as I pulled into the driveway, they always smiled to passerbys. Some were even gifts of the birds...if you know what I mean, I didn't even plant them. But they grew, and I adapted them to my garden.
So later this week are due 3 major papers in 3 different classes. I started my essay on 'Free will vs. determinism.' Off to a good start, I think. My arguement is that everything is determined but our actions are basically freely chosen. *shrug* it's a hard call.
Ack, I cannot stop thinking about home. This will be the longest week yet...
